My expectations were high, but my team of Lisa Sears and James Campbell delivered WAY beyond what I could have hoped. They took care of every aspect of the sale, including project managing quite a few improvements (cleaning, paint, repairs, replacement of fixtures and appliances, etc.), personally shopping for lighting fixtures, personally removing and cleaning antique fixtures, and everything else you'd normally expect. They really poured their hearts into the project and it showed. We sold for almost 25% over the list price! I would give them the strongest possible recommendation and would hire them again in a heartbeat.
